Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or Israeli public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We ship domestically within Israel. Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Free shipping on all orders over ₪400.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number via email or SMS.
Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will resolve the issue promptly.
